* Lieutenant Stratford wants you to investigate and repair a generator that went out in the sewers. There is a high probability that the Faceless are responsible, so if you see any sighs of their presence, inform Lieutenant Stratford as soon as possible.&lt;br /&gt;

Head to the [[Core City Docks]], then travel north to find the [[Core City Sewers|sewers]]. After traveling north through the sewer, the player will find two friendly muties who will give a warning about a rathound named [[Jookhela]].&lt;br /&gt;

Within the same area as the muties lies a storage room with an intact [[Flux Controller]], which is required to fix the generator. The gate to the room is locked behind a electronic lock, requiring either a [[Hacking]] skill of 90 or the related [[Sewer Storage Key Card (Core City)|keycard]]. The keycard can be found in the next area to the northeast. A [[Sewer Key (Core City)|key]] can be found on a dead mutie in the southeast corner to unlock the fence gate leading to the northeast. &lt;br /&gt;

In the area to the northeast are two rooms: one with the broken generator that the player has been tasked with fixing, and another room containing the storage room keycard. If the player enters the storage room while the door is open, Jookhela will appear outside and lock the door. This will cause two Shadows of Jookhela to spawn. After dealing with the shadows (or in the process of fleeing from them), the player must exit from the connected room to the south by destroying the rocks blocking the door. If the player has no tools to destroy the rocks, a single [[TNT Charge]] can be found on a shelf in the same room.&lt;br /&gt;

While the base is swarming with Gray Army Soldiers, the player can avoid combat by wearing an appropriate uniform and avoiding dialogue, ''only'' if they play as a male character. While wearing the [[Gray Soldier Armor|normal uniform]] is enough to stop the soldiers from attacking on sight, outside of the Barracks they will become more alert and will follow and attack the player if they do not succeed a [[Persuasion]] check. The amount of Persuasion needed depends on the area and the uniform the player wears.&lt;br /&gt;

The player will accidentally end up here as part of [[Dude]]'s rift-walking [[Dude's other quest|adventure]]. While the base is swarming with Gray Army Soldiers, the player can avoid combat by wearing an appropriate uniform and avoiding dialogue, *only* if they play as a male character. While wearing the [[Gray Soldier Armor|normal uniform]] is enough to stop the soldiers from attacking on sight, outside of the Barracks they will become more alert and will follow and attack the player if they do not succeed a [[Persuasion]] check. The amount of Persuasion needed depends on the area and the uniform the player wears.&lt;br /&gt;
