This event begins with the inconspicuous fresh corpse of a sniper. Looting him you'll find a [[Note|note]] containing his final directions given by a certain "DJ". Proceed to the mentioned [[:File:Lu-c6.png|meeting spot]] east of Core City to find the gangster leader [[Dandy Jack]] doing business with the Ironhead gang leader [[Steelhead]]. Neither side will be happy to see you, and will join forces to attack you on sight.

Dandy Jack is backed up by a [[Gangster Gunner]], a [[Gangster Psionic]], and hiding further away stealthed behind the pillars the sniper [[Gangster Sniper|Bren]] mentioned in the note. Steelhead's group consists of two [[Ironhead Heavy Gunner|Heavy Gunner]]s, a [[Ironhead Psionic|Psionic]], and a [[Ironhead Demolisher|Demolisher]].
