This crazed hermit holds one of the [[South Gate Outposts]] you are supposed to [[retake the outposts|retake]].

Not terribly dangerous, but he has a crossbow and two pet rathounds named [[Gritsko]] and [[Litsko]]. Taking on all three of them at once can end badly.

You can probably convince him to let SGS take over his outpost with high enough [[persuasion]] or [[intimidation]] skill(?).
