Phil Bridges was a Lemurian tech worker at the [[West Storage Depot]]. According to what can be learned off his [[Fold-M 7]], he appeared to be very cynical, intelligent and tired, due in part from the lack of Strongmen available during the [[NFT]] war with [[Biocorp]]. His frustration leads to a rather philosophical and psychological entry on mankind's incompetence.

Phil may have passed hundreds of years ago, but he lives on as the player's trusty door opening sidekick: A disembodied but still living arm that you, for some reason, keep in your pocket. That is until you must steal his chip, and therefore identity and credits, in order to bypass the scanners at the [[Joint Security Headquarters]]. The act of doing so at the [[Lemurian Health Center]] kills him again. You monster.
