| Perform a melee touch attack that drains 50-100 energy from the target's equipped gear, using 80% of that energy to recharge attacker's equipped gear, and dealing damage equal to 60% of energy drained as unresistable electrical damage. When performed against a machine, it will instead deal 50-100 electricity damage which cannot be resisted, converting 80% of that damage to energy used to recharge attacker's equipped gear. Costs 10 energy. | |
