The Grim Jetters are a band of vicious pirates that plagues the South Underrail waterways and are led by Captain Grim. Based out of Port Ceto within the Black Sea, they raid and plunder with near impunity as very few South Underrailers are brave enough to follow them back to the treacherous Hell's Gut.

Grim Jetters are not the first pirate band to set up at Port Ceto but according to Donnie, they are the largest pirate crew ever, with all previous crews paling in comparison to them.

The recent arrival of Expedition to the Black Sea has caused much nuisance to the Grim Jetters, preventing them from organizing raids to the waterways.

Description

The Grim Jetters are a formidable lot, with weapons, explosives, dogs, jet skis, able-bodied fighters and greed in abundance. Their bases, Port Ceto and Port Crag are well defended, and they regularly patrol the surrounding areas.

However, there is only one person among them with any psionic abilities, Katya. Also, Captain Grim is the only one with just the right balance of charisma, cunning, and ruthlessness to keep the quite vicious and self-serving pirates in line and cooperating. Without him, the whole group will likely succumb to infighting and dissolve into feuding warbands, no better than your average gang of bandits.
