Katya is a member of the Grim Jetters. She is a doctor and the only psionic among their ranks.
Background
She came to the Black Sea from somewhere west of South Underrail with her only son Slick Nick. Her son was later shot during a skirmish against the Black Eels. She isn't particularly talkative but if the player is a psionic, she may agree to discuss certain topics with them.
