Jack Quicksilver will send you to meet with Azif, if your performance on his three previous tasks was optimal. If your performance wasn't optimal, Jack will tell you that he will contact you later, he won't.
Objectives
- Travel to the caves beneath Lower Underrail and look for Azif in a place called 'Hanging Rat'.

Find your way to the Hanging Rat bar and meet Azif there.
