Strange Medallion, also known as Temporal Medallion, is a medallion carried by Ethan and requires 122 Pickpocketing to steal. It's similar to Psycho-temporal Dilation, it scales with Temporal Manipulation skill and is affected by the Psycho-temporal Acceleration feat. This combat utility can be used in tandem with Psycho-temporal Dilation to apply the debuff on multiple targets, however applying them on the same target only resets the duration.
