The Two-headed Mutant is a unique mutant that can be very rarely encountered exclusively in Old Junkyard as part of a random event on Hard difficulty and above. It is the sole source of the Acid Cyclopean Eye oddity.

This event ends after 20 minutes.

Description

Beyond its unusual appearance, the two-headed mutant is in most ways similar to its single-headed brothers. It can intimidate with Yell and use the Acid Spray special attack, fully resists Acid and Bio damage but nothing else, and uses its claws to fight in melee combat. However it shares the same great physical strength hunchback mutants also have, and so their every hit deals 72-108 Mechanical damage, with a chance to inflict a bleeding wound that deals 50% of that damage over 3 turns, or to leave the target dazed for one turn.
