Headbutt is a special attack used by Siphoners. It deals normal attack damage, but bypasses mechanical damage threshold when used against living targets. If that attack lands on a living target, it puts it Off-balance and also has 20% chance to Stun.
It is similar to the sledgehammer attack Pummel.
