Strength requirement
Previously Dragunov did not had strength requirement. But with recent patches it was updated to require strength of 5. I can confirm that my save from Feb-24th-2016, before saving Buzzer, has Dragunov that does require strength of 5, and that this is save game from patch 1.0.1.14, so I thinking that this was introduced with this patch.
