This Security Key Card can be found inside a footlocker on a table in one of the mutie-filled rooms in the east part of lower Old Junkyard.
If used at the console inside a security room in east upper Depot A to gain level 3 security access, allowing you to unlock two doors:
- Doors between north and west sections of upper Depot A
- Doors between west and east lower sections of Depot A
Level 3 security access can be used to turn off the Auto-Turrets in Depot A. It must be gained with hacking.
