High Density Foam Padding is a type of padding.

It slightly increases mechanical resistance (+1% per 40 quality on leather armor) and also increases armor penalty by a set amount. When used on leather armor, it also provides 15% plus 1% per roughly 6.7 quality increased mechanical damage resistance and threshold against melee attacks.
