When fired from a crossbow this bolt inflicts electrical damage and can stun the target.

Use: Shoots this bolt striking the target for normal bolt damage plus 6-51 electricity damage. Unless the target completely resists the damage, it is stunned for 1 turn and the electricity jumps to all adjacent targets dealing 3-25 electricity damage. Works on both organic and mechanical targets. (AP: 29)
