Mysterious Pillars is a set of three mysterious monoliths found inside a small cave accessible from Core City Sewers during Praetorian Security's questline. A curious psionic rathound, called Jookhela by the locals, seems to have a connection with the pillars.
Characters with 8Verify or higher Will can experience a vision by focusing on the pillars.
