Main article: Rathound

Jookhela is a unique Ancient Rathound dwelling in the north part of Core City Sewers, accessible during Praetorian Security questline.

Description

Unique to rathounds, Jookhela demonstrates a high level of intelligence (for a rathound) and has psionic powers. Those powers are likely somehow connected to the nearby Mysterious Pillars.

Local muties living in the sewers have nicknamed it "the devil rathound" for its cunning intellect and ability to attack you with its shadows.

Difficulty dependent changes

After it traps you, Jookhela summons one shadow on Easy, two on Normal, and three on Hard difficulty and above. After fixing the generator, if you confront Jookhela in combat, it will summon one shadow on Normal, and two on Hard difficulty and above.

On Easy difficulty it has 4 less Constitution and loses the Telekinetic Punch ability. On Hard difficulty and above it gains the Pseudo-spatial Projection ability.

On DOMINATNG difficulty Jookhela's Constitution is boosted by 5, it gains the Last Stand ability, and begins combat with natural Adrenaline Rush that increases its action points by 20, dodge and evasion by 100%, and strength by 4.

Quest involvement

  • Sewers generator: Jookhela dwells in the same part of the sewers where the broken generator is, and will try to stop you from repairing it.
