Charms are combat utilities. Only one charm can be "active" at a time. They are sold by Coral.

Charms provide hidden benefits, that are not visible on any stat screen to the player. Their effects may happen at random intervals, but are more likely to happen if the player is confident in their effects during conversations with Coral and have a slightly improved effect for 1 minute^Verify after being kissed. The quotes when kissing the charms also change to reflect how much the player believes in the charms.

- Burrower Tarsus Charm: Increases critical chance of throwing knives when having high enough armor penalty. - Coil Spider Tarsus Charm: Increases electrical damage taken. - Death Stalker Claw Charm: Makes you slightly harder to detect. - Dog Paw Charm: - Hopper Foot Charm: - Psi Beetle Claw Charm: Increases critical chance with psi abilities but reduces resolve. - Rathound Paw Charm: - Siphoner Foot Charm: Increases chance to inflict bleed. - Warthog Foot Charm: Increases Fortitude when under effect of food items, but reduces it when the duration of the buff is below 25%. - White Cat Paw Charm:
