Psi Beetle Brain in a Jar is a rare device that allows one to invoke random psionic abilities.
Mechanics
The beetle brain can invoke abilities from all four psionic skills, but only abilities that are targeted at a creature, as the invocation cannot be targeted at ground.
It can invoke beneficial, neutral and malicious psi abilities without any regard to the target, so it may end up helping your enemies or hurting you.
It invokes its psi abilities with 75 effective skill value. Has range of 7. Does not share its cooldown with anything else.
