This Inner Gate Key Card can be found at the room with two Sentry Bots and two Auto-Turrets in the west part of lower Old Junkyard.
It unlocks the garage doors leading to north section of Old Junkyard from the east section, leading to Wyatt Pear's house and Armadillo Class Drill Rotor Circuit Board.
