It's a Coretech CT R2WP-4 two-way, four-channel, waterproof radio. As the preferred communication device of Underrail ferrymen and jetters it has earned itself the nickname floatie-talkie due to its useful inability to sink.

Use: Activate the device.

The Rig Comm Device is a plot item in Underrail: Expedition. It is carried by Ion, Drunk Black Eel and all Black Eels found in the restricted area of The Rig.
