Vilmer is the current resident of Kohlmeier's old house. He is just another thug, but can be a quite tough opponent if encountered early. He is equipped with a pistol, usually a Hammerer.

He most likely meets his demise at the player's hands.

- Retrieve Kohlmeier's lucky knife: Vilmer has the knife.
