Halloween Lurkers

Halloween Lurkers in Lower Underrail.

A special seasonal event with a group of feasting lurkers, complete with their Slaughter-or-Laughter Bag, Scary Barrel and Mystery Candy. The group includes Lurker Devourer, randomly selected high-level lurker gang members and possibly Dogs or Pit Bulls if Underrail: Expedition expansion is installed.

The Slaughter-or-Laughter Bag contains mystery candy, Bubblegum oddity, an Irongut pill, Cave Ear, Stuffed Bat, Human Brain and some Large Intestines, Adrenaline Glands, Healthy Human Hearts and Blood. Each lurker also carries one mystery candy with Devourer carrying three.

This event ends after 120 minutes. It has a high chance of occurring, but will only do so during Halloween.
