Bieretta 99 is a unique pistol.

Essentially a mediocre-quality 5mm Hawker with a rapid reloader that trades 10% critical damage for 3% critical chance.

It can be found in a desk inside Bunker (Upper Caves).

This gun is based on Beretta 99, an uncommon model in the Beretta 92 series.
