Found in the Deep Caverns, inside one of Caerus Residential apartments.

Refurbishment

The weapon can be refurbished by Myles in Rail Crossing for 1000 Stygian Coins using Icon Assault Rifle Frame: Hornet (Quality 134 or higher) and Icon Rapid Reloader. Cost can be reduced to 600 Stygian Coins by bringing him Rifle and Shotgun Technical Manuals, by Eliphalet Wesson or Old World Firearms, by Mikhail Browning.

This weapon is most definitely based off of the real world FN F2000.
