When reaching Core City, Draff tells you he's recruiting soldiers to protect an expedition on the Black Sea.

Note: If you cross into the Black Sea with your own Jetski before joining the expedition, you will have missed the opportunity to do so!

Objectives

• There's work to be had at the eastern section of the Core City docks. Apparently, it's an expedition of some kind. You should find out more about it.
• Speak with Chief Briggs about joining the expedition. He can be found at the eastern docks in Core City.

Walkthrough

• Gets news about expedition from Draff
• At the docks, Aegis Sec-trooper directs you to Chief Briggs
• Chief Briggs needs to be convinced you're a soldier.
  • Сome back with proof you're the right person. This can be done by achieving any of the following:
    • Fight in the Arena and win the 7th fight against Master Exploder
    • Progress through any oligarch (Coretech, JKK or Praetorian Security) quest line and obtain the quest to look for acid hunters
    • Be a member of the Protectorate
    • Kill Balor
    • Kill the Beast
    • Use Persuasion skill (need 80 Persuasion)
    • Join Buck Nimble's crew and return alive from the Trip to North Underrail to tell the tale (can be easily achieved by simply using a rift in The Compound to go back home) ^HD
  • He won't believe the story of your descent to Deep Caverns

When one of these conditions is met, you will have the opportunity to join the expedition and the quest will be complete.
