The Dragunov is a unique sniper rifle.

Description

A sniper rifle with exceptionally low AP cost and relatively low close quarters and move and shoot penalties. Ever since the introduction of craftable Spearhead sniper rifles, they have had both lower AP cost and lower penalties, but the Dragunov has gained a proc to restore AP on every shot. This proc is similar to that of Rapid Reloader, but has higher chance of occurring.

It can be found in Rail Crossing, area North Tunnels (beneath Buzzer's Shop): in a locker in the north room.
