A bolt whose tip is coated in an odious tar-like substance. It's warm in an unnatural an unnerving way.

Use: Shoots this bolt from a crossbow striking the target for normal bolt damage plus 40-75 energy damage and applies Void Rot debuff which deals 2 energy damage per stack. Stacks 5 times.
