As you approach, he flags you down and initiates a conversation. He wants you to drink a strange liquid he has made.
You ultimately have the following options:
- You can scare him off with 8 effective Intimidation skill
- You can ask him to taste it first and then with at least 3 strength force him to drink the liquid. This does not cause hostility.
- You can drink it
- NOTE: Drinking it causes death
This event ends after 30 minutes.
