Carried by Major Clifton in South Railroad Outpost. Cannot be pickpocketed. Easy to acquire if the player joins Free Drones and conquers SRO from the Protectorate. Acquiring it as a Protectorate member is only possible by assassinating Clifton.

Refurbishment
The weapon can be refurbished by Myles in Rail Crossing for 700 
using 
SMG Frame: Impala (Quality 125 or higher). Cost can be reduced to 400 by bringing him Pistol and Submachine Gun Technical Manuals, by Hugo Thompson or Old World Firearms, by Mikhail Browning.
