The Shroomhead feat is currently disabled.
Originally it used to let you slowly regenerate psi points up to 40% in the presence of mindshrooms. It was then reworked to give 15 psi points whenever picking up mindshrooms. It is currently pending another redesign to accommodate the psi changes of 0.1.14.0.
