Shroomhead is a feat. It is currently disabled.
Originally it used to let you slowly regenerate psi points up to 40% in the presence of mindshrooms. It was then reworked in 0.1.10.0 to give 15 psi points whenever picking up mindshrooms. It was disabled in 0.1.14.0, pending another redesign to accommodate the psi changes of that version.
