This feat increases your base utility slots from 2 to 3 and decreases in-combat item equipping cost to 25 AP.
Good for characters who expect to use a lot of combat utilities.
Specializations
- Quick Pockets (5 levels) — Further reduces the action point cost by 5% for each specialization point.
