Body Horror is a special feat that can be acquired outside of leveling during the Expedition DLC.

	Body Horror
After what you have seen, you'll never look at the fleshly form the same again. Critical hit chance with weapons and unarmed attacks against humans and non-insectoid critters increased by 3%. Resolve reduced by 30%. This feat is acquired outside leveling.

The feat gives a 3% critical chance bonus against humans and non-insectoid critters, while also reducing the character's resolve by 30%.
Aquired when completing the quest in the Lemurian Health Center in area I7.
