The lurkers are a band of cannibals stealthy cut-throats, smugglers and murderers.

The lurkers live the Under-passages beneath Lower Underrail, far away from stations. The passages near populated stations are fairly safe, but the deeper one wanders into the passages, the more lurkers one will encounter.
