Everyone caught in the blast gets hit by 4-8 nails, each dealing 15-55 mechanical damage and having 50% chance to cause a bleeding wound that deals additional 100% damage over 3 turns. Each bleeding wound also has 35% chance to cause an infected wound that increases damage taken from all sources by 10% and reduces healing effects by 25% for the same duration (stacks 3 times).
