You've seen the wonderous possibilities of the Outer Expanses, both the beautiful and the abominable, and you're now less inclined to believe in the necessity of the limits of this particular physical world. Range of all psi abilities increased by 1. This feat is acquired outside leveling.

You can acquire Outer Visions feat after you interact with the Shadowlith by projecting your mind into it, inside The Research Dome, located in Abyssal Station Zero in the Black Sea.

Psi Empathy, 6 effective Will score as well as at least 80 effective skill in any psi school are required to gain this feat.
