The Citadel of Life used to be a metropolis in the Black Sea, built by New Frontier Technologies as part of Lemuria. Situated on the southern end of the Black Sea, the citadel was built into the cliff to overlook it. It was the main housing and living complex for the Lemurians living in the Black Sea.
249 years ago during the Great War, Biocorp Navy completely obliterated the structure, leaving only parts of the support beams sticking out of the cave walls as the rest of the building fell into the waters below.
Later, Port Ceto was built by pirates around the ruins of the citadel as well as the Destroyer Ceto left behind by Biocorp forces.
