	Spec Ops
Reduces action point cost modifier for burst attack from 300% to 200% when using SMGs. Also reduces cooldown of flashbangs and similar tactical grenades by 1 turn.

This feat improves the Burst attack of SMGs and reduces the cooldown of Flashbangs and Stingball Grenades ^E. Special Grenade cooldown reduction can be combined with Grenadier for a total cooldown reduction of 4 turns. Despite sharing cooldown with Flashbangs and other tactical grenades, Chemhaze Grenades do not gain cooldown reduction from this feat.

Specializations

Spec Ops (2 levels) — Further reduces cooldown of flashbangs and similar tactical grenades by 0.5 turns for each specialization point.
