The Lemurians were the citizens of Lemuria, an artificial habitat created by NFT in the Black Sea. Most of the population resided in the metropolis called the Citadel of Life, which now lays in ruins east of the Glowing Canine. They used various marine vessels for transport, ranging from small jet skis to large freighters and submarines, used to access underwater NFT facilities. As a result of war with Biocorp roughly two hundreds and fifty years ago, all lemurians were killed.

Some of the higher ranking members of Lemurian Government such as Theodore Newman, last minister of technology, have managed to flee to the Abyssal Station Zero, an underwater station in the Creeper's Bay. Lemurians were however not fit for the living conditions there and as a result, suffered from various health problems such as short life expectancy and infertility.
