Herculean Withdrawal is the severe withdrawal caused by Hercules combat drug. The withdrawal effect increases one stack each turn or 5 seconds.
At maximum stacks, the withdrawal leaves you with -20 to strength, dexterity, agility, constitution and action points, -40 movement points, -89% movement speed and taking 60 Bio damage every turn or 5 seconds.
The debuff doesn't end, inevitably proving fatal eventually.
