	Burst Wind Up

Burst attack with this weapon will fire X extra round(s) while costing (X * 2) less action points.
Duration: 2 turns
Max stacks: 4-12

Burst Wind Up is a stacking buff Miniguns gain when firing which adds extra bullets to subsequent bursts, and causes those bursts to cost less AP. The number of extra bullets, and maximum stacks depends on the motor installed. The Mag Dump feat also adds extra bullets. If the number of extra bullets to be fired is a fraction it will be rounded down, then the AP reduction will be twice that number. This buff only applies to the exact weapon that fired the burst, swapping between two miniguns means two separate buffs. Each burst adds one stack, and refreshes the duration.
