D' Flinger is the best knife thrower among the Grim Jetters. He is responsible for watching over the pirate prisoners.
D' Flinger is a "boss" character, and on DOMINATING difficulty will appear with 400% of his regular health.

Player may tell Flinger various jokes they've heard through the game.
Throwing Competition
If player has joined the pirates, they can challenge him to a knife throwing contest. Player can bet from 50 up to 300 charons (he will refuse for only 20 charons). With enough Mercantile or Intimidation, they can increase the bet to 400 charons (70 mercantile or 80 intimidation) or to 500 charons (85 mercantile or 95 intimidation). To beat him, 131 effective Throwing is required. It is also possible to intentionally lose on purpose (6 Intelligence required) which allows the player to bypass skill checks required to bet for more money in next try. If you win, he will become angry and refuse to talk to you anymore. After that, player can tell Donnie about defeating D' Flinger to spread the news. This will cause many pirates to comment on the player's skills and Calamity will start to offer more and better foodstuffs to the player, most notably, Pickled Mindshrooms.
