Quest involvement
- Introduction: Talk to Pasquale to learn about your psi abilities.
- Optionally, you can gain the Psi Empathy feat by taking part in the medical procedure (read: swallow a pill) to disable your brain's psionic inhibitor. Note that this is only useful for characters who want to develop psi abilities and should not be taken by other characters as it decreases max health by 25%.
