Eddy is the leader of Scrappers. He can be found at the scrapper headquarters in Junkyard - Depot B.
Player interactions
The player can complete some tasks for Scrappers a to gain access to Depot A (also known as the Old Junkyard).
Quests
- Get Elwood's key: Acquire a key from Elwood, one way or another.
- Find the mysterious disk: Steal something from Elwood's house.
- Black Eels' route to Old Junkyard: Figure out how Black Eels are sneaking into Old Junkyard.
- Kill Blaine: Find and kill Blaine.
