Bisson is the martial arts and psychokinesis expert of SGS.
Background
When first met, Bisson is helping South Gate workers clear the south metro tunnel after an earthquake. He usually spends time at the gymnasium on the medical level, and he moves back there once the south metro tunnel is cleared.
He teaches his psionic skills to others for a fee to get by.
