Pilkæster's bolts ignore 50% of the target's mechanical resistance and damage threshold.
Fighting Tactics
They hit hard, so bringing a high grade Jet Ski and using energy shields and cover are good ideas. Also like turrets, they can't move at all, so simply taking a couple potshots or tossing a grenade, and then moving out of sight is also a good strategy.
