Pirate Deucers are a pirate equivalent of Auto-Turrets. Similarly to them, they rapidly fire large amount of .44 W2C Rounds, making them capable of dealing large amounts of damage to the player very quickly. Like turrets, they are immobile, so tossing a grenade at them and then hiding behind some cover is a good strategy for dealing with Deucers.
