Muties are partially mutated humans that have been exposed to an unknown Biocorp mutagen. They live in Core City Sewers.

Description

Despite their mutations, they still behave like common humans in combat, using firearms and other weapons with their hands. They can't wear any normal armor though. They are not particularly resistant against acid or any other form of damage.
