Frost is one of the three leaders of the biggest Lunatic gang in Upper Underrail. She can be found on the upper floor of the Emporion Shopping Mall along with Vanga and on certain difficulties Firecracker. Her Cryostasis combined with Cryogenic Induction makes her a very dangerous foe, but even without her psionic abilities she is an adept gunslinger, carrying the unique Wasteland Hawk pistol.
